With a background as an elite athlete, coach, coach developer and administrator in the Australian High Performance Sport network, combined with experience delivering coach education programs at University level, Gina brings a practical focus to evidence-based coach development. She has a unique ability to simplify complex concepts and her strong interpersonal skills enable her to quickly develop rapport and build trust with the coaches she works with.

As a consultant, Gina’s work is informed by contemporary coaching research but delivered in a way that connects with coaches and translates into practice to make a meaningful difference to athlete outcomes.
